In addition to being a Therapeutic Life Coach, Ellen is a Reiki master/teacher, Academic coach/tutor, and facilitator of the Kids Journey and holds a BA in Elementary and Special education. She is married and has three children. Ellen enjoys using reiki, hands on energy work, in concert with therapeutic coaching. She has found that these two modalities blend beautifully leaving the client relaxed and grounded. Having a passion for children and their need to heal as well, Ellen offers the kids journey for ages 5-12. This gentle process helps liberate children’s shining potential. This tool can be taught to parents to use with their children at home. Judith enjoys a holistic view of life. She teaches that we are creatures of this universe. Just like every little flower in the park, we required a balance of daylight and downtime to function healthfully. Creating joy and balance, with direction and playful purpose, is key! Judith has taught individuals, small and large groups how to develop their potential, challenge their limiting beliefs, attitudes and values, and play with creating their own life’s purpose. She believes that learning, work, and even transformation can be an enjoyable process. She will help you clarify the problem, state your desired outcome, recognize and enhance your internal and external resources, and help you remove the blocks to your success. Judith also teaches an Interplay class called, "How to become a formerly serious person". Interplay expands the possibilities of your life. It is a creative process for personal and community transformation. It honors our desire to be whole people leading whole lives in connection with each other. We play with movement, story, voice, stillness and other willing bodies in an affirming environment. It teaches us to play with everything! Lucy can assist you with Ortho-Bionomy to put you back into this state, as each session peels of layers of built up tensions and muscular imbalances. Active participation during these sessions restores confidence in understanding your body’s messages. This can transfer to being more confident in life, and help you change habits by re-engaging the natural communication mechanisms between your mind and body. Lucy also teaches how to work with the core of your body to create more flexibility by working one on one or in groups utilizing Comprehensive mat and reformer pilates. Lucy has a B.A. in Psychology from Carleton College and a M.A. in Counseling from Alfred Adler. Maria McCoy
Maria is a Turtle Mountain Ojibwe and has worked for many years in-group facilitation and one on one session with clients using multi cultural creative expression and arts as a form of healing and self-expression. She has extensive experience working with women, adolescents, and children in the areas of family systems, addictions, abuse, anxiety, health issues, and historical trauma. Maria assists clients in accessing their life path in the matrix system of the universe (The Sacred Hoop). Clients tap into their own inner wisdom to heal the past, create a vision for the future and integrate their desired outcome into present time. When a person heals the intergeneration is healed. Blocks are removed from ones life path so that a client can reach their highest potential. Melanie Ewald
Melanie completed her BA in Political Science and German from St. Cloud State University in 1999. After years of work in politics and public relations, Melanie discovered her true passion of helping people obtain their goals and became a therapeutic life coach. Having been a life-long athlete and enjoying the coaching process, it was a natural transition from sports to life. Shirley Moore

As a visionary, Jane creates and experiences a unique professional and personal life. She blends many rich experiences enhancing her coaching career with a 'school-of-life' travel itinerary. As a certified personal and professional coach, Jane trained with the co-founders of the Coaches Training Institute’s Co-active Leadership program. Presently, she is a life coach, a collaborator and coordinator of workshops and conferences. Jane is a founding member of a nonprofit organization, Honoring Women Worldwide, and represents HWW on the Executive Council. She inspires others by applying her coaching abilities within this multicultural community uniting, honoring and celebrating women. Her abilities to sculpt engaging experiences for individuals and groups provide a springboard of transformation for everyone involved. Jane’s daily mastery practices include meditation, spiritual readings, and nature walks. Jane graduated from Winona State University with a Master’s Degree in Elementary Counseling and received her coaching certificate from Coaches Training Institute. |
