Corporate Wellness Programs should service two major functions for any corporation or business. 1) To reduce the cost of insurance due to increase medical usage, and 2) To reduce the amount of Lost Productive Time due to illness and at work inefficiency.

Most Corporate Wellness Program only address physical needs and are limited in what they offer employees. Fitness/weight loss programs, stop smoking programs and the occasional 30-minute stress reduction class do not fully address the well-being of the employee. Though exercising and proper nutrition are key in healthy living, when someone is suffering from depression and living an unhappy life, it is very unlikely this employee will go to the fitness center or stop an unhealthy behavior. Furthermore, this type of employee spends at least 25% of their day trying to manage their personal life on work time.

Recent studies have shown that most LPT is due to depression, stress and unhealthy family lives.

To address this core need, our programs are designed to treat the employee as a whole person by offering people tools to change their lives. Healthy choices come from healthy minds and a positive perspective of life. Until corporations begin to understand that each employee is the same at home as they are at work, and begin to offer positive, life-affirming programs, corporations will continue to see an increase in healthcare costs, attrition and LPT.

Below are just a few samples of what the Whole Life Center for Women can offer your corporation in the way of wellness. We are also able to customize any program. Our programs are designed to create consistency and action in learning.

Making Change in Your Life
4-Week (6 Hour) Program A

Week 1 How am I getting what I’m getting in my life?

1.5 hour class discusses manifesting principles, law of attraction and the importance of positive thought process. This class is designed to assist people in monitoring their thoughts, mindfulness and creating more positive aspects in their lives through the power of thought.

Week 2 Make change now!

1.5 hour class follows through on Week 1 program and gives employees the tools they need to make positive and lasting change in their work and home environment.

Week 3 Let go and receive

1.5 hour class follows through on Weeks 1 & 2 principles and offers effective techniques on letting go of what isn’t working and opening to receive. This class focuses on the importance of putting energy where it is most effective in your life.

Week 4 Allowing change/abundance

1.5 hour class concludes the principles of change in your life. This class will apply techniques previously given, answer questions on how to keep change moving in your life and how to use these principles to create abundance.

Creating a Life of Ease
4-Week (6 Hour) Program B

Week 1 What is stress?

1.5 hour class designed to assist employee in identifying causes of stress in their lives and why these factors cause stress. Employees are taught to take responsibility for their stress and how to shift their thoughts to more of what they want in the situation than what they don’t want.

Week 2 Eliminating stress triggers

1.5 hour class follows up with stress triggers discussed in Week 1. Teaches techniques on how to shift thoughts from stress and how to create the perfect environment that supports employees goals.

Week 3 Maintaining stress-free lifestyle

1.5 hour class follows up on Week 2. Teaches the importance of meditations and letting go of control factors in life. Discusses creating healthy practices at work, home and family.

Week 4 Meditation and Prosperity

1.5 hour class concludes managing and eliminating stress in your life. Demonstrates guided imagery, offers outside tools that benefit continuing the practice of living with ease, answers questions on what techniques are working and what is not. Offers affirmations to help change thought process.

Creating Physical and Emotional Well Being
4-Week (6 Hour) Program C

Week 1 Physical and Emotional Well Being

1.5 hour class discusses what is well being and wellness. Employees are show the link between physical and emotional wellness. Discussions on keeping the energy moving through practices of Tai Chi, Yoga or Chi Kung, as well as taking responsibility for your health.

Week 2 Why do we eat…and eat…and eat

1.5 hour class discusses food in relation to emotions/energy. Employee go through self-assessment of why they eat and their thoughts on food. What eating well will bring in terms of wellness.

Week 3 Weight Loss and your thoughts

1.5 hour class on body image, weight loss, self-esteem, nutrition. Adding nutrition to your life without sacrificing want.

Week 4 Nutrition, Your body and Prosperity

1.5 hour class concluding physical and emotional well being. Follow up on nutrition and changes employees felt when eating proper foods. The food you put into your mind, is as important as the food you put into your body. The mind-body-spirit connection in health – blending meditation, affirmation and physical change to achieve wellness.
